Kathiana Falmer, LCPC, LMHC

I know how easy it can be to lose yourself while taking care of everyone else.

Many of the women I work with are strong, capable, and dependable. They are the people others turn to for support. They show up for their families, relationships, careers, and responsibilities, often carrying far more than anyone realizes.

As a licensed psychotherapist and trauma specialist with over 13 years of experience, I specialize in helping women heal from PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and relationship patterns that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves.

My goal is to provide a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone.

I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It is about understanding how your experiences have shaped the way you see yourself, relate to others, and navigate the world. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building greater self-awareness, self-trust, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships.

My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create an environment where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow at a pace that feels right for you.

Healing does not require you to become someone different. It invites you to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath survival mode.

I would be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
